In particular, he deals with mergers, demergers and extraordinary and capital transactions, reorganization and restructuring of groups, transfers of shareholdings and companies, shareholders' agreements, corporate governance, private clients, commercial contracts, judicial and extrajudicial litigation. In VEF&P since 2022, he is coordinator of the legal team for corporate, contractual and commercial litigation activities. He contributes to specialized journals and participates as a speaker in dedicated conferences.
