Matteo Gasparini
A graduate in accountancy and a member of the Order of Chartered Accountants, he has 30 years of experience in accounting, tax and corporate matters, which he gained at Dr. Marco Capellini's firm. Among other things, he deals with the preparation of ordinary and consolidated financial statements, extraordinary transactions, appraisals, and due diligence. A member of the Register of Auditors since 1995, he has always held positions as statutory auditor and auditor of corporations.
