Giulia Mosconi
Graduate in Law from the University of Bologna, she began her practice in 2004, gaining 20 years' experience in consulting in the field of business law, concentrating her activity in the areas of domestic and international commercial law, agency and distribution agreements, industrial law and civil litigation. She provides assistance and advice to Italian and foreign companies operating in the design sector, which she assists in and out of court. Between 2004 and 2010, after studying at Columbia University (NY) and working at Frank Ferrante Law Firm (NY), she worked at Gianni Origoni Grippo Cappelli & Partners law firm in Bologna (M&A-commercial department) and then at Hogan Lovells law firm in Milan (M&A-commercial department). A member of the Ancona Bar Association, between 2010 and 2017 she was a partner in the firm Avvocati Associati in Ancona and in 2017 founded the Law Net firm in Ancona where she currently works.
